We write your eCareer Statement of Accomplishment narrative based on an extensive personal interview and/or using your old Form 991.

Dr Murray Hollis will interview you personally. He will obtain detailed information from you though a structured telephone interview lasting about one hour. If necessary, Murray will have further discussions with you. His interview will be much like a job interview, except that he is definitely on your side. Murray's probing questions usually help clients to find information that they had not considered.

Murray will then write quality KSAs (your Statement of Accomplishment narrative), and also job descriptions if requested, and send these to you in suitable form for pasting into the on-line
eCareer forms.

Murray will remain ready to add or change material as you request. We want to make sure that the material is appropriate and as you desire it to be.

We aim to tailor each Statement of Accomplishments narrative to the situation of each client. For example, Murray records interviews so he can adapt his writing style to suit better your particular style of communicating. This also makes it more likely that you will feel 'ownership' of the narrative, which is important when you are defending it at an interview. That feeling of ownership can be increased further by the client making small changes, which Murray encourages. If you then want Murray to comment on or edit your changes, he will be pleased to do that.

If you choose Option 2, of course you make a much greater commitment to the narrative writing process. However, through Murray's appraisal and the subsequent oral discussion, the outcome is a real team effort.
